About me

Hi my possible forever family! My name is Charlie and I have an active side. Of course, I'm a teenager so you have to expect that I'll be active. I chase toys, I'll play with you. I can keep myself busy so you probably will want to check on me from time to time. I watch what's going outside from a favored window seat. I love the attention from my people. I'll make sure that my people know when I want attention. I will get up in my foster mom's face to make sure that she knows I would like some attention. I like to be picked up and I'm so active that I want to be put down shortly after being picked up. While I'm being held I have the biggest purr. I can purr as loud as any other cat. I could be in a contest for purring loudly. I do believe I'd win:). I like to know where my people are. When my foster mom leaves a room that we are both in I'll follow her to make sure I know where she is. When we are in different rooms I'll check on her from time to time. There are times when I'm with my foster mom and she doesn't know it. That is especially so when she's in the kitchen. I can sneak up behind her and when she steps back I have to scurry so as not to trip her. I just like to be close and of course it's the kitchen so I never know if she might be preparing something for me:) I would prefer to be the only cat. I definitely give the two girl cats in my foster home a hard time. We have to be in different parts of the house. If there are children in my forever home I ask that they be older. Younger ones can be too active for me and I can get stressed. I haven't told anyone if I might be OK with a dog. I'm a really good boy and I would love to be part of your family. If you think you would like me to be part of your family, fill out the forms and talk to an adoption counselor. I will be dreaming of my forever home.
